Q  How much do you charge per hour?
A  For the GTA, our hourly charge depends on the size of your move, the number of
    staff required, the trucks involved and destination.
 
Q  Do you offer insurance?
A   Most customers have their own home or tenant insurance which covers their move.
     That being said, we do offer insurance that you can purchase for in transit.
     We are responsible however for negligence by our staff if all moving conditions have
     been fulfilled by the customers in preparation.

Q   Do you visit all moves with an appraiser?
A    Customers with a house or large move want us to visit.

Q   Do you always stand behind your service?
A    Yes we do! Our reputation matters.

Q   What is the procedure if I have damage?
A  You must report it to the customer service representative the day of your move.
    We will then proceed to investigate and reach a reasonable conclusion. We are here
    to help you. A written report will be given to you if an incident occurs.

Q   How soon should I reserve?
A   As soon as possible because booking dates fill quickly especially when
     a particular date is important and required.
